HUMAN AND ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE
Create More Success in both expected and unexpected conditions
HUMAN PERFORMANCE FUNDAMENTALS
Discover the core principles of human performance, safety differently, and system design. This engaging workshop uses real-world case studies to challenge participants to think differently about risk, human error, and leaders' response to failure.
THINKING DIFFERENTLY ABOUT INVESTIGATIONS
Traditional root cause analysis processes are not enough to truly understand complex processes, often leading to ineffective corrections. In this course, we shift mental models and apply a new process to investigate safety or quality events to lead to better corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
LEARNING THROUGH DIALOGUE
Better learning come through better questions. Discover how to create psychological safety through the use of humble inquiry techniques. Participants will learn how to identify risk in work, the difference between work as imagined and work and done, and build trust to fix problems before failure occurs.
Leaders' response matters. Learning and Improvement are vital to create success in our work.
