PHASE 1 – STRATEGY AND BASELINE MEASUREMENTS

We conduct a baseline employee engagement assessment using Gallup's Q12, the #1 researched based employee engagement survey, proven to lead to improved business outcomes, and lead focus groups as necessary to establish our "baseline culture."
PHASE 2 – LEADERSHIP TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Using our Lead with your Strengths and Engagement for Managers training, cascade training to all leaders, managers, and front-line leaders, equipping them research-based tools and processes to build confidence, practice strengths in their management styles, and effectively lead their teams.
We provide monthly manager group meetings to share best practices, build camaraderie, and update actions plans for success.
PHASE 3 - FULL SCALE DEPLOYMENT
Every employee will discover their strengths and put them to use! We offer the CliftonStrengths assessment to all employees and provide introduction to strengths training.
We provide courses to create a community of strengths and engagement advocates (change agents). This team provides the ongoing expertise and facilitation skills to support leaders in build engagement action plans and lead strengths based activities on their teams.
PHASE 4 – INTEGRATION INTO PEOPLE SYSTEMS AND MANAGEMENT PROCESSES
Build a strengths based approach into Hiring, Goal Setting, Development Planning, Performance Management, and Job Changes.
Designed to augment or support the existing systems, this phase does not add work to mangers' already full plates, but rather, shift the conversations they already have, which leads to improved efficiency and performance.
PHASE 5 – SUSTAINMENT
With internal experts trained and systems in place, ensure the internal communications, measures and behaviors align.
We build frameworks and a strategy to introduce new hires to strengths, routinely measure progress on engagement, and train leaders on strengths based-management, in line with your long term strategic goals.
